The people behind the places.
Curiosity. Craft. Collaboration.
These qualities shape our culture as much as they shape our work. As a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE/WOSB), we're proud to cultivate a team whose diverse experiences, perspectives, and talents strengthen both our studio and the places we create.
The foundation of Harken is partnership:
with each other, with our clients, and with every story waiting to be told.
